Installation


To install and configure the app you need less than 5 minutes.
First you have to create your own account on our website (named Web Account), then you will need to activate it through the link on the email that will be sent to you.
After you need to install CmcApp on your phone and then enter, in the first screen that shows the app, the username and password of the Web Account you have created. The last thing to do is to enter, in the following pop-up window, the user and password of an your Gmail Account (you can create a new one through the appropriate registration page of Gmail).
Done. The app is now active and will send you emails on the Gmail address you entered.



Below some more detailed steps required for the installation and configuration of CmcApp on your mobile phone:

1. Create your personal account on our web site (Web Account) by clicking on the button at the bottom of the page.
You will be asked to choose a username and password. You also need to provide a personal email address that will be used to activate your account and send informative messages to. It is advisable to use an email address other than the one that you will provide in step 5. The username and password chosen will serve to activate the app (see step 4) and to connect to your Web Account through the Control Panel.

2. Activate your Web Account via the link on the email that was sent to the address provided in step 1

3. Download Installation Package on your device and proceed with the installation.

4. At the end of the installation process, press the Open button to start the App.
In the pop-up window that shows the app, enter the username and password of the Web Account created in step 1 and press the button ACTIVATE APP.
In this way, the app will be activated and will be associated with the Account Web provided.
After activating the app, it will be working for a period of 3 days (trial version).
CmcApp in trial version is subject to the following limitations:
- The maximum length of an audio recording is 1 minute
- The maximum duration of a geo localization is 5 minutes
- The minimum frequency of the data transfer phase (settings download and sending of mails) is 10 minutes
Once the three days are over, if you haven't subscribed, the app will be deactivated as soon as you reconnect to the server and will not perform any other operation.

5. To make the app send email you must enter, in the next pop-up window, user and password of your Gmail account. CmcApp only sends emails to that mailbox.
If you do not have a Gmail account, you can create one using the appropriate registration page of Gmail.
The Gmail account entered will be saved only on your mobile and will never be transmitted to the server. You can still change it later via SMS command or directly from your phone.

When finished, CmcApp is fully functional, that is, active and able to send email to your inbox (the one provided in step 5).
The pop-up window that appears will now contain information about configuring the App and a series of buttons that allow you to: - Delete the files that have not yet been sent
- Change the Gmail account used by CmcApp.
- Enable / disable the app (the app, once disabled, will not communicate with the server anymore and will not perform operation any longer).
- Hide CmcApp
- Send test email
You can always access the CmcApp menu' by dialing the secret number set in the Control Panel.
